* A contract is only formed once your order has been paid.
* We reserve the right to refuse any order.

* Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
* We may substitute flowers with similar alternatives of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style and colour theme.
5. Pricing & Payment

* All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
* Full payment must be made at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

* Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
* Redelivery may incur additional charges.
